Nothing beats fall in Ohio, especially with great company! Had a wonderful time at Malabar Farm yesterday with friends. Checked out the visitor center, soaked in the stunning scenery with all the changing leaves, and even hung out with some cute goats! 🐐🍁 If you haven’t visited yet this season, grab your friends and go!

🌞 What a perfect way to spend a sunny day! We had an absolute blast and soaked up the beautiful weather with a visit to see Outback Ray and all of his amazing animals down at the bandshell!
From meeting exotic critters to sharing plenty of smiles and laughs, it was a day filled with unforgettable memories.
Thank you to Outback Ray for putting on such an entertaining and educational show for everyone! 🐾👇

From the D-R Services to the Fairgrounds! 🎪
Take a look at our amazing individuals hard at work preparing treats for the local fair contest! From cracking eggs to perfecting the presentation, it has been a true team effort.
Participating in community events like the fair gives everyone a chance to showcase their skills, creativity, and hard work. There were so many amazing bakers this year, and we are so honored to have placed on the podium, we’re already winners for having so much fun together! 💙 Congratulations to Ed for placing 2nd for his buckeyes, and to Aaron for placing 3rd for his Paradise Pumpkin Pie!!

Our recent trip to the Ashland County Fair wasn’t just about the rides and games—it perfectly aligns with our core mission at D-R Services. Through our Day Habilitation we are dedicated to helping our participants build independence, develop vital life skills, and fully engage with the world around them.
The fair provided the perfect natural environment to practice:

• Social & Communication Skills
• Daily Living Skills

Vroom vroom! 🚗✨ In July, our incredible group at DR-Services traded our usual routine for a day full of classic cars, bright colors, and big smiles!
We spent the day exploring the beautiful cars, voting on our favorites, and enjoying the beautiful weather together. Community outings like this are such a wonderful way for us to get out, stay active, and connect with our neighbors.

We are now accepting applications for a Full-time Route Driver/Direct Service Provider. Approximately 7.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday. $18.00 per hour. This position will transport individuals with developmental disabilities to and from Day Program and assist with daily goals, personal care and activities in our Day Habilitation area. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check and drug test. Please apply at 1256 Center St, Ashland OH from 8am - 4pm, Monday-Friday
