School supply kits for Almeda fire families! Available at the Talent Mutual Aid Station (Talent Maker City), 316 E. Main Street, downtown Talent while supplies last.

Thanks to the donation of generous customers at Staples, we have almost 200 small school supply kits for those students who lost their homes in the fires.

Every time your student completes one of the activities, take a picture or video and either post it and tag or email us at [email protected]. For every submission, your student will receive an entry in our raffle for awesome prizes (we have hundreds of prizes so submissions are almost guaranteed to win)!

Today’s the day for our Backpack and Student Wellness & Dental Exam Vouchers Distribution! Come by your nearest distribution site (Jackson Elementary School, Phoenix High School, Ashland First United Methodist Church, or Central Point Expo) 5-6:30pm. Backpacks filled with school supplies, along with vouchers for student wellness and dental exams will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Hope to see you all there!

4 days until our Backpack and Student Wellness & Dental Exam Vouchers Distribution! We know the start to school this year is definitely not normal, but students still need pencils, notebooks, crayons, etc. to succeed! Any families in need of school supplies can come to one of our locations (Jackson Elementary School, Phoenix High School, Ashland First United Methodist Church, or Central Point Expo) this Thursday, August 20th from 5-6:30pm to receive a backpack with school supplies and a voucher for a student wellness and dental exam. Backpacks will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Thank you to everyone from the Sewing Masks and Protective Gear Support Group who graciously donated their time, skills, and supplies to sew masks for our local students! These masks will be distributed along with backpacks and school supplies on Thursday, August 20th, ensuring that our students and teachers will be able to stay safe once schools reopen.
