🐾💚 Helping Our Community in More Ways Than One!

At River Cities Harvest, food rescue and fighting hunger are at the heart of what we do—but sometimes the donations we receive allow us to lend a helping hand in other ways, too!

Recently, we received a generous donation of dog food, and we were happy to pass it along to the shelter dogs at Safe Harbor. 🐶🐾

We’re grateful for every donation that comes through our doors and for the opportunity to make sure it reaches someone—or in this case, some very deserving pups—who can put it to good use!

It’s all about neighbors helping neighbors, two-legged and four-legged alike. 💚

💚 September is Hunger Action Month!

Hunger can affect anyone—a neighbor, a senior, a child, or a family going through a difficult season. This month, River Cities Harvest joins communities across the country in raising awareness about food insecurity and encouraging everyone to take action.

🥫 Donate food
🙌 Volunteer
💚 Support local hunger-relief efforts
📣 Help spread the word

Every donation, every volunteer hour, and every act of kindness helps us continue getting food into the hands of our pantry partners and the families they serve throughout the region.

Together, we can make a difference—because hunger has no place in our community.

💚 Our Mission at River Cities Harvest

At River Cities Harvest, our mission is simple: rescue food, reduce waste, and help feed our neighbors in need.

Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and volunteers, we work to collect and distribute food throughout our community—helping ensure that good food reaches families and individuals who need it most.

Every donation, partnership, and volunteer makes a difference. Together, we can fight food insecurity and build a stronger, more caring community. 💚
