The Boyd County Addiction Resource Center location is at the Milton Flea Market which is in West Virginia, as of right now. But all of the resources that we have built over the past 10 years are still able to those in the Tri-state needing a hand up. We look at for say hand outs as enabling, sorry. But we will try our best to help in anyway possible. Send me or my help Pam Oldham a private message on here and we can go from there.
