Congratulations London & Autumn!

Congratulations to London White (clarinet) and Autumn Hendricks (French horn), who represented North Schuylkill High School at the Pennsylvania All-State Lions Band at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA on Saturday, May 16.

Last weekend, The North Schuylkill Marching Band performed at Knoebels. They featured the music from this past year's show, Neon Nights, along with several stand tune favorites. After an outstanding performance, the students enjoyed a well-deserved day of fun in the park.

Please join us on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 6 PM for the 3rd Annual North Schuylkill High School Jazz Festival. This adjudication will feature eight different performing groups from seven area high schools, as well as a performance from the M&J Big Band of Pottsville, PA (which will include members of the North Schuylkill HS Jazz Band). The event will be adjudicated by renown NEPA-based trumpet artist Mr. John Maurer, trombonist/educator, Mr. Scott Blanke, and woodwind specialist/educator Mr. Ravi Seenarine, who are regulars in the Philadelphia area jazz scene, who will also be featured at the end of the evening with the M&J Big Band. Tickets are available at the door ($10 for adults, $5 for students/senior citizens).
