CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT
I would like to offer a Department of Community Justice representative to visit your school, deliver a presentation to your classes (in-person or virtual), meet students at a career exploration event, and any other way that we can engage to inform and inspire them about career opportunities with our agency.
JUVENILE JUSTICE CAREER INFORMATION EVENTS
We had two successful Juvenile Justice Career information events this year at the Multnomah County Juvenile Justice Complex in Northeast Portland. Because of the continue interest in this event, we are planning on having four more of these in 2023. We welcome you and your students to come and see our facilities, view a presentation from the Director of Juvenile Services, and tour the Donald E. Long Detention Center. We will reach out to you when the upcoming events have been scheduled.
Feel free to follow up with any questions about this opportunity or others. I look forward to meeting your students, either through their job application or in-person.
Thank you,
Danny Fajardo
