This Sunday, June 21, The Salvation Army of Northeast Kentucky will hold a worship service at 11am to bid Major Jason Swain a fond farewell.

Major Swain has led the Ashland based Salvation Army for 5 years, and will be taking up his new appointment in Hopkinsville, KY on June 28th.

From housing insecurity and joblessness to the invisible scars of PTSD, far too many of our nation’s bravest face unexpected hardships after their service.

The Salvation Army stands ready to serve those who served us—providing critical housing stability, job resources, food assistance, and emotional support to veterans in need.
