Earlier this week, ACDC hosted our annual meeting, where we had the opportunity to share updates on the projects and initiatives we’ve been working on throughout the year.

One of the highlights of the evening was presenting Keith and Ardith Ziegenbein with ACDC’s Community Champion Award. Their incredible generosity and commitment to Ashland have made a lasting impact, from their support of the upcoming Ashland Wellness & Aquatic Center to their generous contribution toward new community welcome signs and so much more.

We are incredibly grateful for their investment in Ashland and for the many people who continue to give their time, resources, and passion to make Ashland such a wonderful community.

We're getting ready for Stir-Up Days! Be sure to watch for the Ashland Wellness & Aquatic Center float, created by the amazing students of Ashland-Greenwood FBLA!

We're also excited to announce that the Ashland Wellness & Aquatic Center website is now live! Visit AshlandAWAC.org to learn more about the project, explore what's planned, and stay up to date on our progress.

Be sure to mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 5, at 6:00 p.m. and join us at the school auditorium for our first Community Information & Q&A Session. We'll share project updates, answer your questions, and discuss what's ahead. We hope to see you there!

We are trying something new! We put together an Ashland Community Newsletter on our website. Our goal is to update it monthly. If you want a print copy, it will be $1.20 this month at the library. Link in the comments.

Special thank you to Keith Ziegenbein for your generous donation to purchase trench rescue equipment!!

Keith Ziegenbein and Tim O’Brien with the Ashland Community Development Corporation (ACDC) provided our members with updates on their community project, the (AWAC) Ashland Wellness Aquatic Center. Our members were able to ask questions and provide feedback regarding the project from a community volunteers perspective.
