Leadership updates at today's meeting! 📸 Sylvia Radziszewski, Hospital President and COO, took the floor to share latest progress and growth—reminding us all that our local caregivers are our true "special sauce."

Key highlights from today’s presentation:
🏆 Top quality & safety recognitions (LeapFrog 'A', CMS 5-Star, Becker's Cleanest Hospital 3x running!)
👨‍⚕️ Big medical team expansions with 12+ new physicians and dozens of APPs across pediatrics, sports medicine, oncology, urology, and pain management.
🏥 Exciting growth shared by Nursing Director Lisa Bushong on our Wound Center's upcoming hyperbaric chambers, alongside the new Nationwide Children's Hospital affiliation.
⚙️ 100% bed rollout of the Hercules patient movement system for enhanced nurse and patient comfort.

The finish line is in sight at Lincoln Park! 🏗️🌱✨

Here’s your latest aerial view of the transformation in City of Ashland Ohio.! The concrete is officially being finished off by Lee Concrete for the new basketball court (a huge thank you to the for funding this project! 🏀🙌 . The Farnsworrth fencing crew is putting the final touches on the entrance to the Ralph and Betty Jo Tomassi Dog Park! 🐕🐾. Then some finishing touches from

We kicked off September with our monthly Rise & Grind this morning alongside the Rotary Club of Ashland at the ! ☕️🤝

Martha Buckner shared how the Rotary Club impacts the Ashland community, the difference the organization makes nationally, and how each of us has the opportunity to make a difference right here in our own community.

Classic tool in a modern age — it’s 2026 and that old-school cement mixer is still spinning strong, a perfect throwback kicking things off.

Big thanks to Tim Farnsworth and his crew for putting in the fence posts around the new dog area. Progress continues.

In a galaxy not so far away… even the most powerful leaders need a guide to doing the right thing.
