This year’s theme, Cultivating Vitality, brings together up to 350 nonprofit leaders from across Oregon for two days of:

• Fundraising, leadership, and finance & operations tracks
• A responsive track on timely, real-world challenges
• 16 breakout sessions + keynote by Steve Patty on the Pursuit of Vitality
• Connection, learning, and practical tools to help your organization thrive

Are you ready for ONLC 2025? Early bird registration is now open!

The theme of this year’s conference, CONNECT, encourages our sector to unite in building strong organizations and networks that foster resilient communities. Conference sessions will concentrate on three primary tracks: fundraising, leadership, and finance & operations, along with a bonus track dedicated to responsive topics. United in this common objective to create strong connections, participants will have opportunities to engage with one another, exchanging insights and ideas through facilitated networking and other interactive activities.

You’re invited to join us for a two-day immersive capacity-building, leadership, development, and networking conference at NAO’s largest Southern Oregon event, the Oregon Nonprofit Leaders Conference

What is ONLC?
ONLC brings together as many as 350 nonprofit leaders for educational and networking sessions on current, relevant, and inspiring topics facing nonprofits today. There will be something for everyone, from board members and executive directors to new and experienced nonprofit leaders. As always, we will offer not one but two Funder Roundtable sessions where attendees will have the opportunity to connect with representatives from several prominent regional and statewide foundations.

When is ONLC?
Monday, April 8 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday, April 9 from 7:45 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Cost of ONLC?
$225 NAO Members and $325 Non-members
A limited number of scholarships are available for members and non-members (with a limit of one request per organization). The deadline to apply for a scholarship is Monday, April 1.
