• MB Rehearsal, ALL STUDENTS | 3:45-5:45pm 🎵

• Reminders: appropriate clothes, WATER, sunglasses, music binder, snacks

**Wednesday, Oct 7**

• MB Rehearsal, ALL STUDENTS | During FLEX 🎵

**Thursday, Oct 8**

• MB Rehearsal, ALL STUDENTS | 3:45-5:45pm 🎵

• Reminders: appropriate clothes, WATER, sunglasses, music binder, snacks

**Friday, Oct 9**

• MB Rehearsal, ALL STUDENTS | 3:45-4:30pm 🎵

• HOME Football Game vs Atlee - HOMECOMING | 7pm 🏈

** 🎵🏈GAME DAY STRUCTURE**

• Rehearsal afterschool until ~5:30pm

• Dinner break: ~5:30pm 🍽️

• Change into uniforms (t-shirts for first game)

• March over to field: ~6:20pm

• Performance: POSTGAME! Since the homecoming activities will happen at halftime, we will perform at the end of the game!

• Dismissal: From the bandroom at conclusion of game, ~9:30pm

Due to the rain, the Hanover Competition has moved INDOORS! The students will still perform at 4:00 pm and you are all welcome to come cheer on our Marching Patriots!

Because we are performing indoors and they will have limited space for students, we will be returning much earlier than expected - ETA around 6pm!

** 🎵🏈AWAY GAME DAY STRUCTURE**

• Rehearsal afterschool until ~4:30pm

• Dinner break: ~4:30pm 🍽️

• Change into uniforms (students should wear their BLUE PH Marching Patriots shirt)

• Depart PH: ~5:30pm

• Performance: Pregame ~6:40pm followed by combined National Anthem performance with Hanover HS Screaming Hawks

• Dismissal: From the PH bandroom at conclusion of game, ~9:45pm

**Saturday, Oct 3**

• Hanover Hawks Marching Invitational (HHMI), ALL STUDENTS | Competition🎵

• See times below 🎵

Students need to arrive at school no later than 11:00am (eat before arrival!)

PERFORMANCE @ HHS, 4pm (Please come and cheer for these amazing musicians!)

Arrival back at PHHS, 9:45pm

Students should:

Wear their show shirts

Bring a change of clothes for after the performance

Have money to buy dinner from the HHS concession stand

More specific information has been sent home with students

**🍔CONCESSION STAND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED**

We are in need of more volunteers to help in the concession stand for varsity football games. As a reminder, this is our biggest fundraiser for the school year so we need to be able to run the stand at its capacity so we can maximize our fundraising. We ask that all parents volunteer at least once throughout the season! You can sign-up on the calendar in BoosterHub. If you have questions, please reach out, [email protected].

Hi Band Families!

What an incredible first week of band camp! Our students have made amazing progress - they've already marched AND played the first half of the show. We couldn't be prouder!

**This Week's Schedule (Mon-Thu)**

Band camp continues with varying times each day. Please check your team communications for specific daily schedules.

**Spirit Days This Week** 🎉

- **Tuesday**: Section Day (show your section pride!)

- **Wednesday**: Wacky Sock Wednesday

- **Thursday**: Hawaiian Day

**End-of-Camp Picnic - Thursday**

📍 Poor Farm Park

🕧 12:30pm - 2:30pm

🚗 Pickup at 2:30pm

The Boosters will provide the main dish. **Please bring food to share based on your section** (no peanuts or tree nuts due to allergies):

**🍰 Desserts**: Flutes & Colorguard

**🥨 Salty Snacks**: Clarinets & Brass

**🥤 Drinks**: Saxes & Percussion

**☀️ DAILY REHEARSAL STRUCTURE**

• Morning rehearsal: Outside on the field

• Lunch break: ~12:00pm (30 minutes)

• Afternoon: Inside for music work

• Return outside: ~3:00pm

• Dismissal: From the field (equipment must be put away before leaving)

**Important**: Students cannot leave campus during lunch or have food delivered to PHHS unless prior arrangements have been made with Mrs. Peters.
