📜 Governor Bill Lee has officially proclaimed October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Tennessee.

The numbers are sobering — in 2025 alone, Tennessee saw 58,487 reported victims of domestic violence, and shelters across our state provided more than 105,500 safe bed nights to survivors seeking safety. Domestic violence touches every community, including ours right here in Cheatham County.

At Safe Haven Cheatham County, we're committed to being that safe place — offering shelter, advocacy, and hope to survivors and their families as they rebuild their lives. But we can't do this work without the support of our community.

This October, we invite you to stand with survivors in a tangible way:

🎉 Join us at Bingo Blast on Friday, October 2 at Gateway Church in Ashland City — a night of good food, fun, and fundraising for a cause that matters. Tickets and tables are available now at shcctn.org.

💜 Can't make it? Your donation still makes a direct impact — give any time at shcctn.org or via Venmo . You can also send checks payable to Safe Haven Cheatham County to PO Box 246, Ashland City, TN 37015.

Together, we can help build a safer Tennessee. 🙏
