Need assistance with your FEMA application? We're hosting a free walk-in clinic this Friday, Oct. 25, for people affected by Tropical Storm Helene who need help applying for aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a US government disaster agency.

This clinic is for people who need help with their initial application to FEMA. If you have already received a denial, please call 828.210.3404.

No advance appointments are necessary. Clients will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

🚨EARLY VOTING IN NC BEGINS TOMORROW!
Early voting begins tomorrow, Oct. 17, and runs through Saturday, Nov. 2. From tomorrow to Friday, Nov. 1, polls are open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. On Nov. 2, polls are open 9 a.m.-3 p.m. You can go to any of the 10 approved locations, and same-day registration is available. Need a photo ID? You can get one from Buncombe County Election Services.
