Some of you may have noticed that The Open Hearts Village has been changed recently to The Empowered Village. This new name is perfect. It encompasses our beginnings in The Empowered Child as well as the intentions that we have for our community! Our page will be edited soon to reflect the changes! March's Parent's Night out was a blast! We had heard a rumor that there had been a leprechaun playing on the playground earlier that day; when we went out to look, we found that he had spilled gold coins all over! The coins were hid in the strangest places! The children painted wooden treasure chests to store their gold in and then built leprechaun traps and houses to take home!
