Dear Friends,
I am sorry to have to share that Carl Gittings passed away Sunday after a valiant battle with cancer. He was an Ordeal Member of Tsali Lodge, having completed his Ordeal in August, along with his daughter Everleigh.

A celebration of his life will be held at a future date. Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

Dear Brothers,
We’ve been asked for assistance from the WNC Regional Livestock Center located at 474 Stock Dr, Canton, NC, today through Sunday during daylight hours. They need assistance moving supplies. Any Scouts available to go and help are GREATLY needed and appreciated.

Dear Brothers,
I hope each of you is safe and well.
Due to the catastrophic weather event that we have experienced, Fall Fellowship will be postponed. Please help spread the word.

The first reports I have received indicate that damage at Camp Daniel Boone is not as extensive as in prior storms, but there is road damage, no power or water service.

We will look ahead and keep in contact as to a future date for Fall Fellowship and opportunities for us to step up and help CDB. Meanwhile, take care of yourselves and others. Our communities need cheerful service more now than ever.

Looking forward to when we can be together.
