Purchased in 2023 by the Asheville-Buncombe Community Land Trust, this 1927 home in the Burton Street neighborhood has been thoughtfully rehabilitated to preserve its history while addressing key structural updates. Improvements included roofing, porch reconstruction, kitchen updates, and interior paint, with the process uncovering pieces of the neighborhood’s past. Completed in 2025, the home will be sold below market value and remain permanently affordable through a partnership with PSABC.
