With the October 25 release of a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), the USDA’s Rural Utility Service (RUS) has made some important changes for Round 3 of funding for its Rural eConnectivity Program (commonly known as ReConnect) that should shape the approach to the application in general.

Some of the nation’s internet providers are limiting broadband usage for customers and increasing rates for heavy users, steps that partly help offset revenue lost from subscribers abandoning their traditional pay-TV plans in favor of internet-based options.

...and the ERC is behind the scenes here too in supporting the schools, the City/County, and the Housing Authority !!
