This is how that dust will get you if you're not careful. Just kidding, that's a recovery position volunteer. BUT! The dust this time of year is NO JOKE! Wear your buffs, your bandanas, or hold up your shirt collar to your nose. Dust inhalation and exposure over the span of a few days can cause a dry cough, eye irritation, scratchy throats, phlegm buildup, etc. as it triggers your body's natural defense mechanisms.
Try your best to keep the dust out of your face! You'll thank yourself later. 🌞
