Our Extended Program runs Saturday sessions. Upwards of 60 contact hours for students who'd benefit from the additional time and support. Same curriculum. Same values. More opportunities to reflect and incorporate what we're learning into their lives.

This weekend's outing focused on Curiosity and Play. We climbed outdoors with Open Air Guides. New terrain, new perspective, new challenge. What does curiosity look like when we're trying something for the first time? How does play help us move through uncertainty? How do we learn when we don't already know the answer?

Two of our students graduated from the program this weekend. That's 10 weeks of showing up for themselves. 10 weeks of showing up for their growth. That commitment matters.

Two different cohorts last week; Our summer alumni group, and our extended program. Two different cohorts, two different trailheads. One went mountain biking, and dropped into Week 2 of Gratitude. The other hiked Tennent Mountain, and practiced Accountability. On the mountain and with each other.

We don’t just push through these values. We practice them. In real time; in our real lives. We live them. Between sessions, students carry what we cover back into their own environments. So Tuesday, we brought back our experiences recognizing, navigating, and expressing and sharing Gratitude. We’re getting an idea about where Gratitude shows up for us. Elsewhere, we’re learning what Accountability means for us. How it shows up in our relationships. In how we treat ourselves and each other. When things are going smooth; and when personalities aren’t meshing as well as they often do. Real experience. Real application.

Different landscapes. Same curriculum. Values aren't curated in a workbook; they're lived. We spent nearly a year on this curriculum, but they're the subject matter experts.
