Angels of Asheville Relief Mission aims to provide a relief mission to the residents of the island of St. John, Virgin Islands with lumber, building materials, tools and other general contractor supplies, to assist with the rebuilding efforts following the recent hurricanes of Irma and Maria. We are running an online fundraiser - - Money raised will buy materials/supplies. We are also running onli
ne raffles and auctions. We are also accepting donations by drop-off or for pickup to the container location. In assistance with residents, business owners, faith organizations and local support groups in St. John, Angels of Asheville will distribute these needed supplies and building materials directly to St. This container can also be used as a method of transport to send large scale items to known loved ones in need on the island. Angels of Asheville is a nonprofit coalition of residents of Asheville, NC and was founded by musician Claude Coleman Jr and Asheville - area resident Blaise Bruckner. Our Relief Mission is partnering with many local networks and business owners directly, such as St. John's Brewers in St. John, as well as supporting building suppliers including Scrounger’s Paradise. Angels is Asheville aims to step in and fill this area of critical need in order to allow people to move back into their homes.
