Active Minds at UNC-Asheville Active Minds, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising mental health awareness among college students, on the peer level.

Active Minds is a organization committed to changing the conversation about mental health. It advocates to dismantle the stigma of mental illness and promote awareness of such issues through events on campus and in the community. The UNC-Asheville chapter seeks to create a community that fosters conversation about current events in mental health and what we can do as students to help those in need and raise awareness about these issues.
