"I am thrilled to officially join the Working Wheels team. What drew me to this organization is the understanding that a vehicle represents so much more than transportation—it means independence, economic opportunity, dignity, and vital healthcare access.

My background bridges systemic education leadership and community-based advocacy. I hold a Master's and Doctorate in education administration and leadership, spanning a rewarding career as a teacher and administrator. More recently, I’ve focused on local non-profit work and community organizing, including serving as Executive Director at the Asheville Poverty Initiative.

Life outside of work is anchored by my amazing wife, Hayette, and my incredible daughters, Grace and Keira. When I need to recharge, I’m usually home with family or out exploring the Oakley neighborhood with our three dogs, Otis, George, and Django."
