The Central Carolina Human Resource Professionals Association (CCHRPA) is a membership organization comprised of HR professionals throughout the Randolph and surrounding counties. The primary goal of CCHRPA is to elevate each individual member by establishing a trusted peer network of local Human Resources professionals with the common goal to share knowledge, best practices, professional development opportunities, and have fun!

The latest CCHRPA session featured an insightful discussion with Paul Carney "Beyond Prompts: The 5 Pillars to Build Human-AI Relationships that Get Things Done" Attendees explored how AI is transforming workplaces and daily life, gaining valuable strategies to integrate AI tools effectively and ethically.

The session provided a thought-provoking perspective on how professionals can adapt, collaborate, and grow with AI rather than fear it.

What a great honor as a chapter to present a check to Sleep In Heavenly Peace charity! Their mission is to build a bed for every child who currently sleep on the floor.
