Meet the Staff of 2026...Maintenance Santiago Muro!

“Hola a todoooos! My name is Santiago and I´ll be working as part of your maintenance staff. I’m finishing my career in Biomedicine here in Mexico. I like to watch movies, tv shows and anime. I really enjoy playing music with my sax and also I love listening to music. I’m basically the living definition of “I listen to everything.” I’m a bit introverted, but I’m really excited to meet all of you and make new friends. I hope to have fun for my first year at Camp Middlesex, see you soon.”

Meet the Staff of 2026...Kitchen Assistant Maria Jose Chavez!

“Hi! My name is María José, but everyone calls me Majo. In my free time, I really enjoy going to the gym, swimming, and making desserts. These activities help me stay active, relaxed, and creative. I like spending my time doing things that inspire me and allow me to learn something new every day.
I am currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, which has helped me grow both personally and academically. This will be my first summer at Middlesex Camp, where I will be part of the kitchen staff, an experience I am very excited about. I’m looking forward to living this experience, getting to know everyone, learning, giving my best, and enjoying every moment of this summer.”

Hi everyone, my name is Miguel Flores, I'm from Mexico, I'm 23 years old, and I'm a physical therapy student. I'm really excited for my first year at Camp Middlesex. I've worked at other camps before. This year I'll be working in maintenance. In my free time, I like to go to the gym, and my favorite sports are soccer and volleyball. I'm looking forward to summer and meeting everyone. See you soon!

Meet the Staff of 2026...Kitchen Assistant Karla Saldana!

Hi! My name is Karla Yunuhen, and I’m very excited to experience my first summer camp, where I hope to learn, meet new people, and create unforgettable memories.
I enjoy staying active and doing things that help me learn and grow, especially activities related to education and creativity. In my free time, I like exercising, going for runs, and taking walks, as these activities help me feel energized and focused. I also love cooking, especially preparing different kinds of meals and desserts, because it allows me to be creative and try new things. I really enjoy spending time with my family, sharing experiences, and learning about different cultures, and I also have a big love for animals.
I am currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education, which has helped me develop important skills such as patience, responsibility, and teamwork. This will be my first summer at camp, and I will be part of the kitchen staff. I’m excited to give my best, support my team, and make the most of this experience.
