Sometimes, it’s just one moment of being seen.

One story told a little differently.
One pause long enough for someone to feel something.

And suddenly… everything changes.

Martin was the very first story shared through The Good Sit Project.
And the feeling that came with it —
it’s a kind of warmth I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully put into words.

We received this message after his video was shared.
A family saw him, met him, and recognized something familiar — something that felt like home.

They said they would have never noticed him
if they hadn’t seen that video.

That’s why this exists.

To slow things down.
To look again.
To make sure the ones still waiting
aren’t passed by.

This is only the beginning.
And already… it means everything.

He’s housebroken, rides well in the car,
and is the kind of quiet, constant companion
that makes a house feel like home.
