Dear colleagues, ACCP family, and clinical pharmacologists,
It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 2026 Annual Meeting which will be taking place from Saturday, September 26th to Tuesday, September 29th in Bethesda at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. This year’s theme, “Harnessing Changing Clinical Pharmacology Paradigms to Improve Patient Outcomes”, focuses on the evolving landscape of drug development and clinical trial design to give scientists, regulators, researchers, and clinicians the tools to implement best practices and novel scientific approaches into patient-centered care.
Bethesda is ideally situated to provide meaningful and engaging interactions with our colleagues in industry, academia, clinical, and regulatory settings. The program offers a Pre-meeting Workshop on cardiac safety evaluation, the Clinical Pharmacology Curriculum Review Course in collaboration with the American Board of Clinical Pharmacology (ABCP), engaging symposia addressing new treatment modalities such as GLP-1 agonists, Pediatric dosing paradigms, a plenary focused on Novel Mechanisms and Emerging Therapeutic Modalities, and a keynote emphasizing the importance of leadership and collaboration throughout the drug development process.
As many of you know, the annual meeting provides an ideal opportunity to network, connect with friends, and seek out new opportunities. ACCP is a welcoming and open society that is proud to have an engaging membership and attract professionals from across the US and the world. We especially invite Students, Trainees & Early-stage Professionals to join us and have several events planned each day that allow for networking and connecting with other attendees at all stages of their careers.
Aside from the formal program of symposia and hot topic sessions, the Poster Sessions on Sunday and Monday evening in a casual environment allow for mingling and open discussions. If you are a healthcare professional (MD, DO, or PharmD), make sure to look for continuing education credits you can gain by attending the meeting – at no additional cost!
For those who are returning and have attended previous ACCP Annual Meetings, we welcome you back and look forward to reconnecting with you! If you are a first-time attendee, please reach out to us if you wish to be connected with a meeting ambassador who can assist you with navigating the meeting and get the most out of it.
Take advantage of the early bird pricing and register by June 30th!
