Loudoun County has recently complete Phases One and Two of the Belmont Ridge Road Corridor Safety and Operational Study through Brambleton. Phase Two recommendations bring significant changes to the road within Brambleton. The County is hosting an online public comment period through Friday, April 21 to gain public input on Phase Two of this study. Visit https://lnkd.in/ee4GXzMS

The purpose of this study is to complete a multimodal operational and safety analysis on approximately 2.6 miles of Belmont Ridge Road (Route 659) from Northstar Boulevard (Route 3171) to Evergreen Mills Road.

2021 BCA Board Election Closing 11/16/21

Online voting for the 2021 BCA Board Election is currently open and will close on Tuesday, November 16 at 11:59 PM. There are two open positions on the Board of Directors that are up for election. Online voting occurs through Balloteer, a third-party secure online voting contractor. Only one owner per residence may register and vote. Owners may select up to two candidates when voting.

To register to vote, visit https://www.balloteer.com/bp/brambleton.

Online voting is the preferred and recommended method for owners to easily vote. Please check to ensure that spam filters/email security software will allow you to receive e-mail from [email protected]. The secure Voter ID will be emailed immediately to you upon successful registration.

The election of the resident members for the Board of Directors will be conducted as required by Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of the Articles of Incorporation and Section 3 of the Bylaws.
