Practice Random Kindness

Practice Random Kindness Paying it forward We want to use facebook for the greater good as well a social networking. You don't absolutely have to do the specific act challenge we post.

For instance We will be posting challenges of different random acts of kindness, then post pic of doing so an hopefully it will spread kindness throughout. You are welcome to post a pic or video of you doing a different act of kindness. Doing so not expecting recognition, but just simply to help a stranger out.

With Thanksgiving approaching most of you probably know a family that struggle daily to provide full nutritious meals for their family. I challenge those of you who can, to purchase extra groceries to donate to a family in need so they too can have a nice Thanksgiving meal in their own home with their loved ones. And to those who are not financially able to do that, I challenge you to invite a family in need to join you for thanksgiving dinner at your home. Because come on, let's be honest... nearly every home who prepares thanksgiving dishes yourself ends up with a pretty decent amount of leftovers that can last for days. So why not open your home and dinner table with another family who would otherwise be sitting at home thanksgiving day with only a bologna or peanut butter sandwich to serve their children. The feelings you will experience by doing this will be well worth it and then some. Open your hearts and/or wallet or home and pay it forward. It will come back to you threefold eventually. Look out for your neighbors and fellow humans and be good to one another. Let's make a dent in the overwhelming amount of hate that lives in this world. Only light can drive out the darkness.

Adopt a family who lost more than you did in the Great Louisiana Flood for the Christmas holiday. Help with clothes, bedding, house supplies, toys, etc.

With all the devastation of the recent flooding in Louisiana, check on neighbors and loved ones. Volunteer at one of the many churches and organizations donating to those in need. Offer a hot meal or a shower to someone if you have utilities and you know someone who doesn't. Hell just offering to wash their laundry so they can have clean clothes could be the blessing they need. Take care of each other. Love each other.
