🤞🤞🤞Now that the snow and cold weather are behind us 🤞🤞🤞 all crews are back and hard at it!! Portzen Construction has the first floor concrete slab complete and is beginning framing soon. Berns Masonry is starting laying block for both stairwells. And Eastern Iowa Excavating is completing all the underground storm sewer and utilities.

This page has been developed to help keep our community informed on the progress of the all-new Courtyard in Asbury. Construction will consist of 3-5 buildings, that will give Asbury the ability to be home to new business. With no potential tenants as of yet, the possibilities are wide open for this amazing new space. Retail, professional spaces, or restaurants, just to name a few. Our first building is under construction, with a projected completion date of summer 2026. It will have the availability for up to 6 commercial spaces on the main floor, and 6 large luxury apartments on second floor. Once construction is complete buildings 2 and 3 will follow shortly after. Creating a magnificent courtyard for our community to enjoy. Please share this page with family and friends to help keep our community informed on this exciting new chapter in Asbury!
