Munroe Towers Tenants Association The MTTA is a community organization for residents of Munroe Towers in Asbury Park, NJ. The MTTA meets monthly at Trinity Church.

The Munroe Towers Tenants Association was founded by and for residents of Munroe Towers in Asbury Park, NJ. The purposes of the organization are twofold: To make tenants aware of their rights, and to build a relationship with building management that allows MTTA to serve as a liaison between tenants and the building's owners and management. Membership is open to all residents of the building age 18 and over whose name appears on their lease.

Hi neighbors! We're happy to share that Nate Follman, Asden's Regional Manager, has agreed to meet with the MTTA Planning Committee on Monday regarding security. If we have your email address, you should have just received an email with the agenda for that meeting. If you have anything to add to that agenda or you aren't on our mailing list, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Following the meeting, and after we have received Asden's proposed solutions to resolve the security issues in our building, we will schedule a follow-up Zoom meeting where all tenants will be invited to discuss next steps. Please continue to watch this space for further updates!

🤝 Building a relationship with Asden's staff that enables us to to serve as a liaison between residents and management
