On Hiatus- Due to roadblocks in acquiring land in the Geos Neighborhood, Ralston Creek CoHousing is on hiatus. We are waiting to see if the land will come up for sale or not. This will take between 6 months and 2 years. During this time, we have not disbanded. We are not holding events, sending out the newsletter, or accepting new members. May 29 @ 12:00 pm - We are forming a cohousing community in Arvada, CO. Come hang out with us face-to-face for the first time in more than a year. Except for moving the goats, we have not had hardly any face-to-face events since March, 2020. But, masks are not required outdoors anymore in Colorado, and everyone is able to get a vaccine. We are celebrating summer 2021, one we expect to be a lot healthier than 2020 was.
We appreciate all we’ve learned about connecting over the web. And, we’ll still have distancing at this event and be careful about sharing objects. But, we’ll break bread together again at our Welcome Summer Potluck, and it feels pretty good!https://www.facebook.com/events/126650129531413/

Come Check out the Electric Homes & Cars! Saturday, April 10, 10 to 1pm MT.
The GEOS Sustainability Committee has invited the City of Golden Sustainability Board and several city council members to show how our homes achieved a net zero energy performance.

We will also show many of our electric vehicles for celebration of Earth Day. Come check out most of the EVs on the market: Tesla, Leaf, BMW, Jaguar, Chevy Bolt and Volt.

The weather is forecast to be lovely. Come on by and meet the current residents of Geos and their cars! We start at 15047 W. 68th Pl., Arvada, Co. 80007.
