We are so thrilled to announce we are hosting a Kinship Care Support Drive this summer!

When children enter kinship care, they are often placed with grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, or family friends who step in during a time of crisis. While these families open their hearts and homes, they often do not receive the same financial support as foster families.
We want to help lighten that burden.

Our goal is to provide children and youth entering kinship care with:
🎒 A backpack filled with clothing, toiletries, and comfort items
💳 Gift cards for extra necessities, groceries, gas, food, and everyday needs

WE ARE COLLECTING:
• Walmart Gift Cards
• Amazon Gift Cards
• Gas Cards
• Grocery Store Gift Cards
✨ Any amount helps and makes a difference.

📅 Drive Starts: May 26th
Ends: July 31st

A big thank you to Foresters Financial, Mary Chavez, and friends for supporting Packs of Hope!
Thanks to a generous grant from Foresters Financial, we were able to purchase toiletries for our backpacks right when supplies were running low. Special thanks to Mary for organizing a packing party and to everyone who helped assemble toiletry bags and pack backpacks for children in need.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Wild Roots Chiropractic in Arvada for their incredible donation to Packs of Hope!

Each year from December to January, Wild Roots Chiropractic offers discounted new patient wellness exams to the community, and amazingly, 100% of the proceeds are donated to a local organization. We are so honored that they chose to support the children and youth we serve.

This wonderful business truly believes that health extends far beyond the walls of their office. Building a healthier community means caring for peoole physically, emotionally, and practically - and they are making a real impact through their generosity and compassion.

We want to honor and celebrate two incredible young leaders from Silver Creek High School - Addison and Olivia. Over the past four years in their Leadership Academy, they have learned what it truly means to create change, lead with purpose, and serve others with heart.
For their senior capstone project, they chose to partner with Packs of Hope, and what an impact they made! Through organizing school and community drives, they brought people together to support foster children and engage their school in a project centered on compassion, kindness, and hope.
Olivia and Addison, thank you for all the heart, dedication, and hard work you poured into this mission. It has truly been a pleasure partnering with you both and watching your leadership inspire others along the way. Your efforts have made a real difference in the lives of so many children.
As you head off to your next great adventure, we know you will continue changing the world around you wherever life takes you. We are so proud of you both!

We are so grateful that The Colorado Academy of PA’s chose Packs of Hope as their nonprofit to donate to at this year’s conference. They collected items at multiple locations and blessed us with toiletries, feminine products, socks, underwear, diapers, and wipes. We were overwhelmed with how many donations they collected! This was a huge blessing that allowed us to fill our shelves once again.

We had an unbelievable time for our first partnership with Aces Sports Academy! They filled 60 backpacks for us and some of them were overflowing! Everyone was amazing - including the 3rd and 4th graders who helped load all the backpacks into our truck. A special shoutout to Kyla, the wonderful mom who helped organize the drive and all of the amazing staff involved. Thank you to some amazing ladies from Mullen High School’s NHS and their siblings for volunteering to pack backpacks! They also collected some wonderful toys and stuffed animals. We accept volunteers of all kinds, ages, and group sizes - reach out to us to find a project that would pair well with your group!

Another anonymous donation! Thank you for blessing so many of our kids with fun stuffies that will bring lots of smiles and comfort. Packs of Hope packs a comfort item in each backpack to help with what can sometimes be a very traumatic and difficult transition into foster care.
