Colorado Gives Foundation We are Colorado Gives Foundation. We created Colorado Gives Day + ColoradoGives.org to make it easy for nonprofits to fundraise and for donors to give.

We make good happen by connecting people, ideas + nonprofits, and we're transforming the way CO gives. Colorado Gives Foundation connects people, ideas and Colorado nonprofits to make good happen. Colorado Gives Foundation is a Jefferson County grant maker, investing millions annually to Jeffco-serving nonprofits committed to ensuring that all of Jeffco is thriving. We also work statewide to build the capacity of nonprofits and donors via ColoradoGives.org, nonprofit endowments and donor services. Through ColoradoGives.org, we make it easy for people to donate to the causes they care about, enabling meaningful change to help our neighbors thrive. Colorado Gives Foundation is where donors find and discover the community impact that matters most to them, which is good for everyone.

Sometimes, a conversation with a stranger can change your whole life.

For our colleague, a simple conversation with someone she didn’t know turned into something much bigger: she met her future husband.

Not every conversation will lead to a love story, but every connection has to start somewhere. A hello, a question or a few words with someone new can open the door to something unexpected.

What’s the best that could happen?
