This year’s theme, “Work. Pump. Advance. Empowering the modern parent,” highlights the importance of creating workplaces where breastfeeding parents have the support and space they need.

At Mothers’ Milk Bank, we’re proud to offer a dedicated lactation space for our employees and for parents who visit our Milk Bank. Having a private, comfortable space to pump can make a big difference for parents who are balancing breastfeeding with work and everyday responsibilities.

💙 September is NICU Awareness Month.

This month, we’re recognizing the tiny fighters and resilient families who spend time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

For many premature and medically fragile babies, donor human milk can play an important role in their nutrition. Through Mothers’ Milk Bank, screened milk donors help provide donor human milk to babies who need it, with much of that milk going to babies in NICUs.

Behind every ounce of donated milk is a mother choosing to help another baby get a strong start. 💙

This NICU Awareness Month, we’re grateful for the milk donors and healthcare providers who support these babies throughout their NICU journey.
