Senhoa

Senhoa Providing programs that aid in the prevention of vulnerable persons sold into modern slavery and the rehabilitation and reintegration of human trafficking.

Senhoa began as a project under VOICE, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, based in Washington, D.C. Under its predecessor, Senhoa opened an office in Siem Reap, Cambodia in July 2008, to provide social services to women and children vulnerable to sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking. In January 2010, Senhoa became its own independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, based in Huntington B

each, California, USA. In March 2011, Senhoa, LLC was incorporated to produce and sell jewelry, handmade by vulnerable persons and survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. The goal of Senhoa jewelry is to create opportunities for survivors to earn an income, share their stories and raise awareness against modern slavery. Senhoa, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Senhoa Foundation. All proceeds from the sale of Senhoa jewelry go directly to the rehabilitation and education of young women who are vulnerable to or survivors of slavery in Southeast Asia.
