Some of us aren’t talking about one bad choice from last week. We’re talking about jail time, broken homes, addiction, burned bridges, lies that hurt people, years we wish we could get back, and things we still don’t like to talk about.

God already knows all of it, and He’s STILL calling you closer!

Repentance isn’t pretending your past didn’t happen. It’s being honest about it, letting God into the parts you’ve tried to hide, and choosing a new direction with Him. You may still have consequences to face. You may still have trust to rebuild. You may still have hard days. But your past doesn’t get the final word when you’re walking with Jesus.

You don’t have to fake a clean story here. Bring the real one.

Come and join us as we celebrate Sukkot at Bluff View Church! There'll be free food, fellowship, dancing, worship, and family fun as we celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles together!

We’ll decorate traditional sukkahs and share a simple explanation of Sukkot, a Biblical festival celebrating God’s provision, faithfulness, and presence. 🙌

Do your days revolve around appointments, test results, medicine, waiting, and questions you never thought you would have to ask?

Maybe it's infertility or cancer. Maybe your mind feels heavy, and you're just trying to make it through one day at a time. Whatever you're carrying, you do not have to hide it from Jesus.

This can be a season where you get closer to Him. Talk to Him when you are scared. Sit with Him when you don't have the right words. Let people pray with you and walk beside you. Jesus isn't scared of your pain, your questions, or your tears.

Sometimes following Jesus looks like giving someone a ride, sitting with them when they’re hurting, sharing a meal, or helping when it costs us time. That’s how people see His love through us.

We don’t just attend church. We get to BE the church.

Your kids are watching more than you think. They're watching what gets your time, what matters enough to make room for, how you handle hard days, what you run to, and whether faith is something talked about or something lived.

Bringing your kids to church won't make life perfect, but it puts them in a room where they can hear about Jesus, be loved by safe people, ask questions, pray, worship, and learn that they belong in God’s family.

One day, they may not remember every lesson. But they'll remember that church was part of your family’s life.

Bring them with you this Sunday. What they see now can shape what they carry later.

Sometimes obedience starts to look different when you realize what Jesus really did for you. He didn't only die for you... He stood in your place and took what you deserved so you could receive grace, mercy, and a new life with God.

Let that change the way we look at the parts of our lives that still need to change.
