What a weekend! Started off rough in our pool play we couldn’t wake the bats till the end of the last pool game got bumped into the silver bracket where we started off slow but ended strong with our bats on fire some hiccups in defense but finally locked back down! Throughout the day the bats stayed on fire!! I can’t say it enough the bats were on FIRE!! They never gave up, they pushed through and in the end those mafia girls pulled them a 1st place in the silver bracket!

We’ve played every weekend this last month striving for growth, opportunity, drive and grit, and it truly showed today! Now for a weekend off to rest, collect and regroup for the next one!

Way to go ladies your hard work is showing! 💜🥎

Undefeated Champs! These girls came out on the day with a fire in them! That championship tho they sent us to the edge of our seats with sleepy bats finally getting the tie run in the 3rd and the winning run bottom of the 4th with time expired taking the Gold 2-1. We have lots to work on but they improve every weekend and take away lessons and growth every game! Back to practice tomorrow to gear up for the next one💪🏼 way to go Mafia girls💜🥎

ETX Mafia came to play today in broken bow! Won the first 1st bracket game then came up short in the second bracket game holding a strong team that has to move to 12u to 3-0 after holding that same team in pool 4-0! these girls battled through 6 games! Back to back with maybe 10mins between each and rallied through holding runs making plays and collecting some hits! We went into spring moving some 8u girls up a whole season early into 9u and now jumping into 10u looking for growth, dedication, drive and grit. Today they showed they had it all, it wasn’t perfect but it was enough to secure 2nd place after all that they fell short to the same team they held so well the first two times but this time the mafia girls put 2 runs on! We’re so proud of this group 💜💪🏼
