ETX Mafia came to play today in broken bow! Won the first 1st bracket game then came up short in the second bracket game holding a strong team that has to move to 12u to 3-0 after holding that same team in pool 4-0! these girls battled through 6 games! Back to back with maybe 10mins between each and rallied through holding runs making plays and collecting some hits! We went into spring moving some 8u girls up a whole season early into 9u and now jumping into 10u looking for growth, dedication, drive and grit. Today they showed they had it all, it wasn’t perfect but it was enough to secure 2nd place after all that they fell short to the same team they held so well the first two times but this time the mafia girls put 2 runs on! We’re so proud of this group 💜💪🏼
