The Langley Cemetery has been undergoing a few changes.
The location of 18 unmarked graves identified in 2021 through ground-scanning radar are now permanently identified with 4"x4"x8" granite markers, which were donated by Michael Replogle, the Cemetery's current owner and steward.
A flat marker commemorates Linda Frazee Baker (1946-2020), whose cremains were laid to rest there in September 2025 by Michael, her husband and partner of 40 years. An adjacent marker reserves space for his remains to be buried after his death.
As of July 2026, the Langley Cemetery Association, Inc. has been dissolved as a non-profit, non-stock Maryland corporate entity. The Langley Cemetery Association will continue as an informal non-profit group supported by the cemetery's neighbors and stakeholders. With no financially viable path for the cemetery to operate given Internal Revenue Service rulings, it will remain a private family cemetery.
