On May 22, we challenged everyone to register for the 10th Annual Do Your Best 5K before the end of our Early Bird registration period on June 1 for a chance to win a custom Stef Ripple tumbler.

The Johns Hopkins Below the Belt Stride and Thrive 5K is happening this Sunday, June 7th at the Maryland Zoo, and Stef Ripple will be there to show support!

Today we’re celebrating one of the hearts behind everything we do at Stef Ripple — Courtney.

To so many, she is the backbone of this organization, working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Stef’s legacy shining bright.

But beyond all she does for Stef Ripple, Courtney is an incredible wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. She gives her love freely, shows up for the people she cares about, and carries strength and compassion into everything she does.

Her kindness reaches farther than she probably realizes, and so much of what Stef Ripple has become is because of her dedication, heart, and unwavering love for her sister. We are endlessly grateful for all she does — not just today, but every single day.

Courtney we wish you the happiest of birthdays and may you always be surrounded by the people you love and who love you. Cheers to many more years around the sun. We love you.

Please join the Stef Ripple family in wishing Stef's youngest daughter a very happy 17th birthday. 💜

It has been such a gift to watch her grow into the incredible young woman she is today — strong, kind, thoughtful, talented, and full of heart.

From the soccer field to the quiet moments spent with a good book, she carries so much passion and determination in everything she does.

Your mom would be beyond proud of the person you’ve become. We know Stef is smiling down on you today and always, cheering you on every step of the way.

9 years ago today, ovarian cancer took Stef from us, but it did not take the love, strength, and impact she left behind. Through Stef Ripple, her memory continues to inspire awareness, support, and kindness for others walking this difficult path.

We miss her deeply, remember her always, and remain committed to making sure her ripple never fades
