Stef Ripple is so excited to share this wonderful opportunity. We met Kits to Heart at an NOCC event several years ago and we were so impressed with the work they are doing. Sonia Su is a 3 time cancer survivor and she knows first hand that the cancer journey can be scary, stressful and full of uncertainty.

The work she is doing is so intentional and has so many benefits to the cancer warrior.

They are beginning a new program, Art for Cancer Wellness and we wanted to share this opportunity to use art as a form of healing and a way to reduce anxiety.

We’re so grateful to be part of a community that shows up for ovarian cancer patients with compassion, generosity, and heart. We’re also thankful for this partnership and for the meaningful work done every day to support patients and families when they need it most.💙

Branches of the Heart is a gentle, nature-inspired bereavement workshop offered through Hospice of the Chesapeake’s Chesapeake Life Center. Designed for children and teens ages 6–18, this supportive gathering creates space to remember loved ones, express feelings in meaningful ways, and connect with others who understand—while still getting to laugh, play, and be kids.
Through creative activities and time outdoors, participants find comfort, connection, and healing during the winter season. 💛
