🎉 This year let's help honor our founder Ann's birthday wish🎂💙

This year, I'm making just one birthday wish...

Instead of gifts, please help me protect the First Responders who protect all of us.

A donation of any amount helps provide life-saving equipment like Guardian Angel safety lights, trauma kits, boots, flashlights, and other critical gear through the Capt. David Dorn Foundation.

If you can't donate, a share would be an amazing birthday gift too!

Thank you for helping us make sure our heroes are seen, stay safe, and make it home.

THERE IS HOPE. PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP.

If you're a first responder struggling with PTSD, anxiety, addiction, hypervigilance, or thoughts that life just isn't worth living... you are not alone.

Over the past several years, we've helped connect first responders with a treatment called the Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB). While it isn't a cure and isn't right for everyone, we've personally seen life-changing improvements in many first responders who had exhausted nearly every other option.

We've seen first responders regain hope.
We've seen families begin to heal.
We've seen people finally sleep again.
Most importantly, we've seen people reclaim their lives.

The procedure itself typically requires only 2–3 days away from work, and we'll help you figure out the best way to make that happen—whether it's vacation time, personal days, or another option.

We may also be able to help identify financial assistance to reduce the cost.

Everything is completely CONFIDENTIAL.
Everything is ANONYMOUS.
You do NOT have to tell your employer.
You do NOT have to tell me your story unless you want to.

Just reach out.

Whether it's me, Break the Stigma, or another trusted resource, we'll connect you with people who truly understand the unique challenges first responders face and help you take the next step.

The darkness may have convinced you there's no way out.

There is.

Sometimes asking for help isn't a sign of weakness—it's the bravest decision you'll ever make.

You don't have to fight this battle alone. We will stand beside you every step of the way.

📩 Send me a private message. No judgment. No pressure. No one else needs to know. Just compassionate, confidential help from people who care.

🚨 500 first responders. Zero visibility on the roadside at 2am. That changes today.

Every day, police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel step into dangerous situations to protect our communities. One of the most overlooked dangers they face happens on the side of the road — being struck by passing vehicles while assisting others.

We're raising $45,000 to put Guardian Lights on 500 police officers, firefighters, and EMS workers who need them most. Guardian Lights are compact, high-visibility safety lights that attach to a uniform, vest, or gear — dramatically improving visibility during traffic stops, roadside incidents, nighttime searches, and emergency responses.

Unfortunately, many smaller or underfunded departments simply cannot afford this equipment. When budgets are tight, lifesaving safety gear is often pushed aside for other necessities. That's where you come in.

💡 $90 = one light.
💡 One light = one first responder who's seen before it's too late.

Through the Captain David Dorn Foundation, we work directly with agencies that lack the resources to purchase essential safety equipment. Every donation helps us place Guardian Lights directly into the hands of the men and women who protect our communities — helping ensure they go home safely to their families at the end of every shift.

The Captain David Dorn Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Together, we can protect those who protect us. Help us reach 500 lights. 🚔🚒🚑

Today, the Capt. David Dorn Foundation was honored to visit the Crystal City Police Department to welcome three new officers to their agency.

Each new officer received one of our Foundation gear bags containing a Streamlight flashlight, first aid kit, tourniquet, eye and ear protection, and a CPR mask—essential equipment that helps keep them safe while serving our communities.

In addition, we're proud to provide duty boots for every patrol officer at the Crystal City Police Department, helping ensure they have the equipment they need from the ground up.

None of this would be possible without the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters. Your donations throughout the year directly fund programs like this, allowing us to equip first responders with vital, often lifesaving, equipment that many departments simply don't have the budget to provide.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us continue Capt. David Dorn's legacy of service and for standing behind those who stand behind all of us.

First Responders First. 🇺🇸💙
