🎣 Take-A-Kid Fishing Rodeo FAQs🎣
Q: What time do we have to register and check in?
A: There is no check in time. Just get up Saturday morning, go fish, and we’ll see you at weigh in time from 12pm to 2pm.
Q: Do the fish need to be alive?
A: No they do not need to be alive, on ice is perfectly fine. But fish have to be caught that day!
Q: Is it too late to register?
A: Absolutely not! You can register when you show up to weigh in your child’s catch. Only thing is a shirt will not be guaranteed!
Q: Do we have to launch at Cypress Cove?
A: While we would love to show Cypress Cove all the love for hosting, we know it would be almost impossible for everyone to launch from their launch! You can fish any open water and use any launch, but weigh in will be at Cypress Cove! And again, NO PRIVATE LAKES OR PONDS!
Q: How many fish do we need to catch?
A: Catch as many as you want, but you can only weigh in 5 fish for each category per child. And you can bring more than 1 child.
