Our Spring Awards Banquet was a wonderful evening celebrating patriotism, service, volunteerism, and the outstanding young people of our community. We were honored to recognize individuals whose dedication makes a lasting impact on our schools, veterans, and community.
Special Recognitions

We proudly recognized Ashley Credeur of Leonville Elementary School as our Teacher of the Year. Her commitment to education, leadership, and dedication to her students exemplify the values we strive to promote through our youth programs.

We were honored to recognize Easton Mouton as our Veteran of the Year. His service to our nation and continued commitment to fellow veterans and the community reflect the very best of the VFW mission.
๐ Auxiliary Member of the Year
Our sincere congratulations to Shannon, our Auxiliary Member of the Year. Her willingness to step in and serve any time help is needed makes her an asset to our post. We appreciate all she does in support of our programs.

A special congratulations to Lynette Kidder, our Volunteer of the Year. Through countless hours of service and unwavering support of our post and community events, Lynette has made a tremendous difference and is truly deserving of this recognition.

Special recognition to Billy Francis and Melvin Fontenot for professional and dedication to the Honor Guard. The Honor Guard ensures that our nationโs heros are buried with the respect they have earned through service to our nation.

Member, Allen Barron, St Martin Parish JROTC Instructor, received a donation toward this program. JROTC teaches leadership, Americanism, and the skills needed to assist our youth in being contributing members of society.
