September is Direct Support Professional (DSP) Appreciation Month! At Opengate, DSPs are at the heart of our mission, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build independence, strengthen relationships, participate in their communities, and pursue their personal goals. We’re kicking off our month-long celebration of our exceptional team of DSPs with a special video featuring three DSPs, Chris, Ernest, and Rebecca, who share what they love about their work and what makes being an Opengate DSP so rewarding.
