Project Grad AHS 2023

Good afternoon! Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday! We have a big week coming up! Here are a few updates.

Tiger Days are Monday, August 22 - last names A-L
Tuesday, August 23 - last names M-Z
8-11am and 12-3pm

Project Grad will have a table at Tiger Days. You can pay for your parking lot spot, turn your raffle tickets and money in and get more tickets, turn in your photos for the scrapbooking pages, and order your yard sign. (You can print off the form on Armada high schools website)

The Pancake Breakfast will be on Thursday. I will start serving at 8:30am since some kids have to get to practices.

Parking lot painting will be on Friday from 9am until dark, and again on Sunday from 10am-5pm
Please check the sheet for the correct paint! All spots must include a 2023, or just 23 somewhere on them. Just in a corner is fine. The school has asked us to do this so that students know if it is a new or old spot.

Tickets are here!! We have 1500 tickets to sell between now and Oct 22nd, so let’s get selling! I will be up at the township pavilion Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7pm this week to pass out tickets. Come see me and get your tickets!

Hi! Hope you are all enjoying your summer! I am looking for a few people to work the beer tent for Project Grad on Saturday, August 20th. It’s 6pm to midnight. Please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

Thanks to everyone that came out tonight! It’s going to be a great year for our seniors!!

All of the information should be coming in the mail. If you have any questions what so ever, please ask.

Just a couple things to keep in mind right now:

Pancake breakfast is Thursday, August 25th. Sign up genius will be going out for volunteers to help and for donations.

Senior Parking Spaces: seniors must submit the drawings for their spaces before they can start. They can pick their spots in the order that I receive their drawings. They can give their drawings to Alayna, e-mail them to me at [email protected], or text them to me at (586)255-7161. Drawings must be school appropriate and will be approved my Mr. Ackerman before painting can begin.

Painting times will be determined based on weather. Paint must be water based exterior latex. Students must supply all materials and clean up when finished.

I should have raffle tickets in the next couple weeks. I will let everyone know when we do. That is our biggest fundraiser, so we will need everyone to get selling as soon as we have them.

If you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer them or get the answer for you!

Senior parent meeting June 29th at the Township Pavillion at 7pm (across from Amvets).

Tiger Days August 22nd- August 23rd
Senior Sunrise/Pancake Breakfast - August 25th
Senior Parking lot Painting - August 24th-26th (time to be determined based on weather)

Graduation Yard sign orders and Scrapbook pictures due by December 1st

Baccalaureate May 21st

Graduation May 24th followed by senior all night party.
