America has a skilled worker shortage. Stadler Rail Group CEO Martin Ritter didn't wait for someone else to fix it and built TRAC (Talent Ready Apprenticeship Connection) with the Utah System of Higher Education.

The program pairs high schoolers with real manufacturing jobs, pays for their associate degree, and graduates foremen in their early 20s. Now other industries are taking notes. Read more at https://bit.ly/4dB08lL
