Snow is still waiting for a home. She’s been in foster care for months! She’s a small girl, we predict she’s anywhere around 8 months to 1 year. She’s good with cats and other dogs! She is so gentle and submissive! Though she loves to play, bones, and to receive a lot of love! She had a little field trip with her foster mom at the park last week! She got to meet other dogs and practice her leash skills. We thought we’d share in case someone out there falls in love with her and wants to book a meet and greet. 🥰

Lola had her first heartworm injection yesterday and is comfortably resting in her crate 🥹🩹 Her foster mom reports that she’s enjoying the downtime more than expected.

We’re hopeful for a smooth recovery. Over the next 30 days, she’ll receive two more injections as part of her treatment plan. We can’t wait for her to be cleared from treatment so she can slowly return to activity!

Heartworm is a serious disease caused by worms that live in the heart and lungs. It’s spread by mosquitoes and can be deadly, but thankfully it’s preventable with monthly medication. 🦟❤️

Snow is still searching for her forever home, and she’s really hoping she’ll find one by Christmas. 🥺

Petfinder has been down, so we’d truly appreciate any shares or word of mouth to help this girl get seen. She’s currently in a loving foster home in Texas, and these photos are from her foster mom.

Chloe’s last weekend in the house of Chaos! She got a bath today and took a walk around Bathesda row where she met both new human and doggie friends. We’re going to miss her but will cheer her on as she integrates into her new home.

Chloe arrived last night all the way from Sullivan, TX to Maryland and is already settling in beautifully! She’ll have a few meet-and-greets coming up, and we’re excited to help her find her forever home. 💕

Hope (or Itty Bitty!) made it safely to Connecticut. She wasn’t in our program for long, but we’re so glad she was. It’s like the universe waved its magic wand and made something good happen, just when it was needed most.

There’s a lot we could say about Hope’s journey, but what matters most is this: her adopter once knew a dog who looked just like her. He was searching for a small pup with a big personality, and surprise! Hope is full of s***k. 🐾

Funny enough, Hope wasn’t even supposed to join the program until August. But given her and her friend’s situation, needing to return to Texas, we stepped in early. (And no offense, Texas, but we didn’t want that to be her fate.)

Now, she’s got a cozy home and a forever companion, and we’re beyond thrilled we made that early call.

Adam, if you see this: thank you for adopting. Hope’s future is so much brighter because of you. 🐾

Happy Spay Day to Osita! 💗🐾

Osita had been settling into her adoptive home for just over two weeks when she reached a big milestone yesterday. She was officially spayed!

She was adopted under a spay contract due to some early health challenges that delayed her surgery, but now she has finally gotten her ticket out of motherhood. From here on out, Osita gets to focus on just being herself. No more puppies, just playtime, love, and chasing her brother Chico around the yard.

Here’s to her new chapter, full of freedom, joy, and all the well-deserved cuddles. 💕
