The Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to providing businesses with the tools and resources they need to grow and thrive economically. We proudly serve businesses across the region, including Arlington, Hetland, Lake Poinsett, Badger, Bruce, Sinai, Lake Norden, Oldham, Lake Preston, and Volga. Join Us
The Chamber holds its monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 5:30 PM at City Hall. We encourage business owners, community leaders, and residents to attend and collaborate in shaping a prosperous future for Arlington. What We Do

Think of the person who shows up, brings good ideas, supports local businesses, and wants our town to thrive. Maybe that person is you.

We especially need nominees for vice president, treasurer, and board member. Nominees must be associated with a Chamber member.

Arlington, let’s hear from you: Would you use a 24/7 fitness center on Main Street?

A Main Street business has asked the Chamber to gather community feedback about the possibility of bringing a 24/7 fitness center to downtown Arlington.

We want to hear what would make it useful to you. Would you consider becoming a member? What amenities would you need, and what would keep you coming back?

Your answers can help a local business understand what our community wants and whether there’s enough interest to take the next step.

Chamber members: getting your special event onto Arlington’s calendar just got easier!

Simply post or share your event in the Chamber Facebook group. Our new AI bot checks daily and is designed to spot qualifying member events and add them to the website calendar. No separate email or submission form needed!

1. Share the event’s date, time, location, and host. (A flyer helps, too!)
2. Allow up to a day for the bot to see your post and add it.

🧪 We’re in beta—give it a test! Share your next special event and let us know if something is missed or needs correcting. We’re putting AI to work to help more people discover what’s happening around Arlington.

🎉 We’ve also removed event limits! Members can share unlimited qualifying special events, from open houses and sales to workshops, fundraisers, and community celebrations.

Good things happen in Arlington when people show up for one another. ❤️

Our Q3 Chamber Chatter is hitting mailboxes today! From a busy Arlington Days to local businesses investing in our community, this issue celebrates the people who make our town special—and the opportunities ahead.

📅 SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, November 19 at The Cardinal Tap. Social time starts at 5:30 PM, with a meal provided; the meeting begins at 6:00 PM. Kelly Dybdahl and Brooke Rollag of Heartland Energy will join us to talk about opportunities for local businesses and community projects.

🤝 HELP SHAPE WHAT’S NEXT: We’ll hold nominations and elections for the 2027 Chamber board, including open vice president, treasurer, and fifth board seats. Bring a name forward or consider serving yourself.

🎄 CHRISTMAS IN ARLINGTON NEEDS YOU: The Chamber will lead the Christmas receipt program and help with decorating. We’re looking for community members to lead the Christmas in Arlington committee and additional activities. Have an idea you’d like to help make happen? Reach us at [email protected].
