Winter Storm Fern- Update
DCA Flight Attendants,
While Winter storm Fern is still impacting many parts of the east coast we recognize that many of you have faced delays, extensions, contract violations, and have been stranded for days at outstations. Please know that your LEC team is working with the company to resolve the issues that have been brought to our attention. We encourage you to continue to reach out to us so we can help however we can during this chaotic period of time.
If you feel like your contract has been violated please reach out to your local Grievance representatives. We ask that you include these details in your email.

Quick Reference – Duty & Flight Time Limits
Duty Limits:
14 hours scheduled or rescheduled,
15 hours with delays. Notify Crew Scheduling if you believe you will exceed a 15-hour duty day.
Maximum Rescheduled Block Time: 9 hours. Notify Crew Scheduling if you believe you will exceed 9 block hours.
Line-holder Extensions:
Not be required to remain on duty more than four (4) hours after originally scheduled release time.
However, in order to complete a round trip, may be required to remain on duty for up to five (5) hours after originally scheduled release time.

Crew Scheduling Delays
Please be aware that long wait times are still occurring with Crew Scheduling. Reserve Flight Attendants MUST contact Crew Scheduling to be released from duty. If you cannot reach Crew Scheduling, contact your Inflight Supervisor or the On-call Inflight Supervisor.
Document all attempts to contact Scheduling.
Take screenshots of phone logs, FLICA, and Crew Mobile. Screenshots from other Apps or sources can not be used.
Hotel Assistance
We encourage you to continue to use BIZHERO first. We have been made aware that some non-contractable hotels have been giving people issues at check in. If you are having issues upon checking in please reach out to your local LEC officers.
If you require a hotel and experience excessive wait times with Crew Scheduling and cannot book with BIZHERO:
