Mozaic Kitchen is thrilled to partner with George Washington University and the Global Food Institute for a special demo cooking class with the course “Feeding Hope: Writing Food and Refugee Agency in the DC Community.”

Our beloved Damascino chefs will be showcasing the art of Syrian cuisine — preparing two exquisite kinds of Kibbeh and a comforting Lentil Soup, sharing not just flavors, but the stories of resilience and home behind every dish. 🫶🍲🇸🇾
