Regional chamber executives, policy staff, and board leaders gathered last Thursday for a productive conversation about how we can work together to keep Virginia a great place to do business. The discussion covered housing and zoning, data centers and energy infrastructure, transportation funding, child care, and opportunities for coordinated regional advocacy ahead of the upcoming General Assembly session.

Thanks to the Alexandria Chamber, Loudoun Chamber, Northern Virginia Chamber, and Prince William Chamber for the thoughtful discussion and partnership as we look ahead to the upcoming General Assembly session.

Verdigris en Vogue, indeed! 🎨

Our team had a wonderful evening at the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington's annual Gala and silent auction, celebrating the artists, creativity, and community that make Arlington such a vibrant place to live and do business.

With a first look at MoCA Arlington's national biennial exhibition, a silent auction full of one-of-a-kind experiences and artworks, and a dress code inspired by the blue-green patina of Reclining Liberty, it was truly a night of firsts.

Congratulations to the MoCA Arlington team on a spectacular gala, and thank you for keeping contemporary art at the heart of our community.

Great weather for a double-feature of community events!

We kicked off the weekend at Amazon Community Day in Met Park, enjoying great company and meeting the one and only Slapshot! Then, we made our way over to Clarendon Day, hosted by Clarendon Alliance, where we enjoyed delicious food, great music, and the opportunity to support local businesses.

You couldn’t ask for a better weekend! We’re grateful to be part of such vibrant and welcoming communities.

Arlington's next chapter is already being written in National Landing.

The Chamber was proud to host Arlington's Next Chapter: Economic Growth and Innovation this morning. The morning kicked off with opening remarks and an overview from Kate Ange, Deputy Director of Arlington Economic Development

Our panel then took a closer look at the National Innovation Quarter and how real estate, higher education, entrepreneurship, and industry are coming together to build one of the region's most important emerging innovation ecosystems.

The conversation covered how National IQ is connecting innovators with talent, research, customers, investors, and government partners, advancing technologies with both commercial and national security applications, and creating new opportunities for Arlington businesses.

A big thank you to our Grand Sponsor, Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, P.C., and to Chamber Director Andrew Painter for moderating. This morning, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce had the honor of attending the grand opening of the Grace Hopper Center. We had the privilege of hearing from APS Superintendent Dr. Francisco Durán, current and former school board members, inspiring students, and former NFL superstar and community activist Colin Kaepernick.

The Arlington Chamber is proud of its partnership with Arlington Public Schools and the role our collaboration plays in supporting students, strengthening workforce pathways, and connecting education with the needs of our business community. As home to a number of innovative programs and learning opportunities, the Grace Hopper Center gives students the chance to explore fields ranging from robotics and culinary arts to aviation and veterinary technology in a cutting-edge space designed to help them innovate, create, and build their futures.

Congratulations to Arlington Public Schools on this exciting new chapter and on the important role our public school system plays in making Arlington such a vibrant community.
